  • The product has considerable nutritional value, is characterized by a low level of saturated fatty acids and a low content of sugars, and is also a source of dietary fibre and protein. 
  • It is characterized by high stability during the production process which allows manufacturing both on industrial lines and in small craft sites, also ensuring a favourable cost calculation.
