Content of prune preserve excellently enriches flavour of the product, giving it a characteristic taste and also having a positive effect on its freshness.
The product is a perfect source of precious nutritional values, such as vitamin B₁, phosphorus, zinc, copper and protein, its characteristic features include also low level of saturated fats and high level of dietary fibre.
