Spelt bread excellent in taste prepared based on whole grain spelt flour and graham wheat flour, with the addition of soy flour. It is characterized by a delicate and moist crumb. That is why it stays fresh and has excellent taste for a long time.

spelt flour wholegrain (29%), wheat flour graham, sunflower seeds,  wheat grain,  powdered wheat sourdough, salt,  thickening agent: guar gum;  patato flakes,  wheat gluten, barley malt, glucose, soy flour, powdered whey (from milk), acidity regulator: citric acid
