One of the Uldo’s leading products, hugely popular with bakeries. Multi-purpose mix perfect for baking traditional buns and various challahs, bundt cakes and yeast dough, croissants, cabbage pies and other similar products. Thanks to the unique composition of the mix the finished product it is flexible and can be freely formed; it is not prone to overproofing and, with its elastic texture, can be injected with various filling and decorated as desired e.g. with dried fruit and nuts. The Milk Rolls mix can be used for making a variety of bakery products rich in nutrients and vitamins.
