Thanks to specially selected ingredients, excellent tasting, aromatic, wheat-free bread is obtained. The main ingredients of this wheat-free bread are: rice flour, corn flour and starch, and tapioca starch.

Gluten is a variety of protein present in cereals such as wheat, rye, barley, oats, triticale, spelled and any products containing them.     

Reduction of gluten intake may be helpful  in diets which are to reduce body weight. Wheat-free bread is a perfect supplement do such diet. 

The wheat-free bread contains no ingredients derived from wheat, the gluten of which is most irritating and sensitising of all known cereals.
