Bread from the Hear twith lower sodium content, increased natural antioxidant content and increased essential fatty acids (EFA) content is for those who want to reduce the amount of sodium in their diet. Lower sodium intake has a positive effect on blood pressure.

Bread from the Heart, thanks to appropriately chosen ingredients, ensures low content of saturated fats and sugars, high content of dietary fibre and copper, and it is also a source of protein, potassium and phosphorus.

According to the WHO recommendations, daily salt intake should not exceed 5 g (2 g of sodium) per person.
