Spelt Plus is a bread which combines an excellent, slightly sweet taste with a solid crumb structure, and a long shelf-life, characteristic for rye breads.  

Thanks to its carefully selected ingredients a specially developed recipe, Spelt Plus is a source of many valuable nutrients. It has a low sugar and saturated fat content, while being a source of protein, vitamin B1, vitamin E, zinc, magnesium, as well dietary fibre, copper, and phosphorus.
